Sharon has a range of entrepreneurial experiences stretching from marketing health promotion campaigns to licensing copyrighted music internationally and currently sits on BRIT Awards / BPI Equity & Justice Advisory Group.

Sharon is a business consultant helping social action founders grow their enterprise and was chair of an ‘Employment Working Group’ project in Lambeth where she co-designed a participatory grant-making process which distributed £300K to initiatives supporting black people with disabilities into employment.

Sharon is a resilience practitioner running an outreach that empowers women from marginalized communities to enhance their holistic and mental wellbeing.
