Become a Member
Your first step towards connection, confidence and community
Mosaic is free for Lambeth residents aged 16+ living with a primary mental health condition.
Taking the first step can feel big, and that’s okay. At Mosaic, we want joining to feel as welcoming and straightforward as possible.
Whether you’re feeling ready, unsure, or just curious, we’ll guide you through each step.

Start with a Tour
Becoming a member starts with a visit to the Clubhouse, where you can meet the team, look around the space and get a feel for what life at Mosaic is like. There’s no pressure, it’s simply a chance to ask any questions and see if Mosaic feels right for you.
General Clubhouse tours: Wednesdays at 3pm
Young Adults tours (16–30): Mondays at 3pm
Tours take around 30 minutes, with plenty of time for questions. Tours are given in small groups, and are also open to family, friends and professionals.
To book, contact our Information Hub on 020 7924 9657 or infohub@mosaic-clubhouse.org.
What happens next?
If Mosaic feels like the right fit, the next step is to complete a simple introduction form.
Your form includes a risk assessment which must be completed by:
Your GP
Care Coordinator or Support Worker
Probation Officer
We also accept referrals from healthcare professionals, voluntary organisations, social services, SLaM recovery services and self-referrals, but you must still have a fully completed introduction form, including the risk assessment.
Once we receive this, we’ll contact you to arrange your introduction meeting with an Engagement Worker, who will help you explore your goals and how Mosaic can support your recover.
Ready to get started?
If you already know you’d like to join, we can accept your introduction form before your tour.
This means we may be able to arrange your introduction meeting straight after your visit, helping you get started as soon as possible.
