Mosaic Clubhouse’s Colleague Training offers an inspiring deep dive into the Clubhouse model, blending hands-on learning, real community connection, and tailored support to help your team grow, build, and thrive.
Ideal for teams starting a new Clubhouse or strengthening an existing one, our training combines daily participation in the work-ordered day, peer learning, and strategic planning, all in the heart of Brixton,
South London.

What you’ll learn
Colleague Training gives you the skills, confidence and vision to bring the Clubhouse philosophy to life.
Dive into daily operations and experience the work-ordered day
Collaborate in units and develop strong staff/member partnerships
Explore key areas like Transitional Employment, education support, and governance
Create a detailed, practical Action Plan for your Clubhouse’s growth
Exchange ideas with other trainees and challenge yourself with the Clubhouse Standards
Enjoy social activities and explore vibrant London life
Evenings could include shared dinners, networking events, and optional socials. And six to nine months later, we’ll check in with a follow-up site visit to support your progress.

First-Time Training (New Clubhouses):
$7,000 USD – includes training and accommodation for:Clubhouse director, one staff, one member (3 weeks)
Admin lead (last week)
Follow-up site visit within 6–9 months
Ongoing Training (Established Clubhouses):
$5,000 USD – includes training and accommodation for:One staff and one member (3 weeks)
Admin lead (last week)
Optional post-training site visit (costs beyond $500 to be covered by your Clubhouse)

Additional full participants: $2,000 USD
Additional final-week admin participants: $900 USD
Fees exclude food and transport

Spaces are limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment confirms your place. Please note payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different training session if plans change within 60 days of your training start date.
