Naz Choudhury

Naz is an MD and COO with over 20 years of cross-sector experience in retail, food, energy, real estate, manufacturing, engineering, and media. He has held senior roles in both SMEs and Plc organisations. Beginning his career as a civil engineer, he contributed to major projects with Transport for London, Thames Water, and Southwark Council. He later built a multimillion-pound retail venture and developed property portfolios. Naz also shaped marketing strategies at M&C Saatchi. As COO of a diverse Plc conglomerate, he led a 20-year vision and cultural transformation. He led award-winning teams recognised by Oxford University’s Venture Fest and Wandsworth Council’s Business of the Year.

Deeply committed to social impact, he supports charities for people with disabilities and has served on boards including ADVANCE UK and the Federation of Small Businesses.  A strong advocate for mental health and a member of Mosaic, he has experienced and benefited from its community spirit, helping him and others improve wellbeing.
