Nash is a Lambeth resident of 33 years and is semi-retired from the field of education having spent 36 years in various roles at several secondary schools. Seven years of this time he worked in a Pupil Referral Unit, which had students with varying mental health issues. Here he became more involved in helping deal with the root causes of the behaviour exhibited by these pupils.Nash had taken on the role of Board Member for a Federation of Primary Schools in Lambeth for 6 years. Here he worked with the Federation to ensure governance with a particular mandate to oversee Health & Safety.

With a background in education, Nash is keen to pursue training routes to empower people to give them confidence to move forward.
