Lou Hall

MEMBER TRUSTEE

Lou has been a member since 2022 and has a keen interest in mental health, advocacy, domestic violence, women’s services, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Before joining Mosaic, she worked in hospitality management for over 10 years. Ranging from restaurants, pubs, bars, clubs, and kitchens, working both front-of-house and back-of-house, assisting the start-up of a successful chain of coffee roasters/cafes, and moving into an executive role overseeing multiple sites.

During her time at Mosaic, she has been involved in a lot of different aspects of the clubhouse model and achieved many milestones, like visiting another clubhouse for colleague training. Now, Lou enjoys volunteering within the community and being part of the international colleague training team here in Brixton.
