Chief Executive

£55-60k per annum plus pension contribution

We are looking for an exceptional leader with a passion for working alongside people with mental health issues.

To lead Mosaic Clubhouse, an established award winning mental health charity providing services to the residents of inner city South London, into its next phase.
After six succesful years, during which Mosaic has gone from strength to strength, our current Chief Executive is leaving and we are looking to appoint an individual who is passionate and dynamic with experience of working in mental health settings, to work alongside our members.

The right candidate will be passionate about the Clubhouse vision of involving members in every aspect of your work. A strategic thinker, and excellent communicator, you will have a proven track record of working with commissioners, and funders.

This is a rewarding and challenging role, with huge opportunities to make a real difference to the lives of individuals living in Lambeth and beyond, through the application and promotion of the international Clubhouse model. Over the short-to-medium term the new CEO will:

  • Manage the transition to the new Borough-wide alliance contract for mental health services
  • Renew Mosaic  Clubhouse's International accreditation
