All catering requirements within Mosaic are supplied from our in-house hospitality department. If you have specific requirements the hospitality department will be happy to try and accommodate.

Unlimited Tea, Coffee. Bottled Water all day. Plus Orange and Apple Juice on Arrival.
Morning and afternoon snack of fruit salad sticks and biscuits or homemade cake.
Half day £5.00, includes 1 snack

Breakfast Full Package (Max 50) - £11.00 PD
Pastries, Granola, Yogurt. Tea, Coffee, Juice, Bacon, Sausage,
Scrambled Eggs, Mushroom, Tomatoes and Black Pudding.
Café Lunch (Max capacity 40, available after 1.30pm) - £8.00 PD
A self-service hot meal, dessert and any drink.
Working Lunch (Max capacity 50, served in the room,
available after 1.30pm) - £11.00 PD
1 x round of Sandwiches, 1 x Chicken, 1 x Samosa,
Fruit Salad Stick and 1 x Pakoras.
Please note any items you wish delegates to get from the café is done on voucher system and delegates will need to produce the voucher for any items. Vouchers are made for each event so please ask about any other requirements you may have and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Numbers for any hospitality requirements must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event and this will be the number you will be invoiced for post event.
