Venue Hire

Mosaic Clubhouse is a community centre that provides opportunities to people with mental illness. The clubhouse is organised to support people to re join the worlds of friendship, family, employment and education. Events are managed by our Business and Administration department and our Hospitality department prepare and manage any catering needs. All facilities are on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible.
Mosaic Clubhouse is a working environment where members and staff work together to run the organisation. Please be respectful while you are using our premises. On arrival you will be given Health and Safety instructions, please ensure all attendees are fully aware and follow them. For all rooms, we advise that you arrive 15 mins prior to your booking time, to set up and ensure the room is at the standard you want.
Room hire charges do not apply to event booking that are open to Mosaic members and organisations who are part of The Collaborative .
All rooms are subject to availability.
There is no parking available .

Employment Education & Information room - £30 per hour

This is the main and largest of the rooms. It is light and airy with patio doors to the back garden.
The availability of this room depends on the work of the employment, Education and information Department. Requests for bookings will be considered against one basic criteria: is the event useful to and accessible to people using mental health services? Only under exceptional circumstances will we waive this requirement. Bookings must be made at least two weeks and preferably at least one month, in advance of any event.
Facilities: telephones, Internet access, Projector and Screen on request, Smart Board, Use of Laptops, AV assistance, Induction loop fitted.
Capacity: Theatre style?40, Cabaret style—40, Boardroom style—46

Large Meeting Room - £20 per hour

Located to the side of the Business & Administration unit.
Facilities: Telephone Wi-Fi smart board induction loop fitted
Capacity: Boardroom style 16.

Interview Rooms - £5 per hour

We have 4 interview room (2 at the front of house &2 at the back). The rooms at the front of the house are located opposite the café so lend itself well to drop in sessions. Facilities: Telephone, Wi-Fi, portable induction loop fitted

Hospitality

All catering requirements within Mosaic are supplied from our in-house hospitality department. If you have specific requirements the hospitality department will be happy to try and accommodate.

All Day Refreshments Full Package (Max 50) - £7.00 PD
Unlimited Tea, Coffee. Bottled Water all day. Plus Orange and Apple Juice on Arrival.
Morning and afternoon snack of fruit salad sticks and biscuits or homemade cake.
Half day £5.00, includes 1 snack

All Day Refreshments (Max 50) - £4.50 PD
Unlimited Tea, Coffee. Bottled Water all day. Plus Orange and Apple Juice on Arrival.
Half day £3.50

Breakfast Full Package (Max 50) - £11.00 PD
Pastries, Granola, Yogurt. Tea, Coffee, Juice, Bacon, Sausage,
Scrambled Eggs, Mushroom, Tomatoes and Black Pudding.

Café Lunch (Max capacity 40, available after 1.30pm) - £8.00 PD
A self-service hot meal, dessert and any drink.

Working Lunch (Max capacity 50, served in the room, available after 1.30pm) - £11.00 PD
1 x round of Sandwiches, 1 x Chicken, 1 x Samosa,
Fruit Salad Stick and 1 x Pakoras.

Please note any items you wish delegates to get from the café is done on voucher system and delegates will need to produce the voucher for any items. Vouchers are made for each event so please ask about any other requirements you may have and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Numbers for any hospitality requirements must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event and this will be the number you will be invoiced for post event.
