Hello - and hope - from a new memberHi my name is Mark. I am 32 years old and I’m a new member to Mosaic Clubhouse. I am looking forward to meeting new people. Coming here gives me a sense of purpose and gives me a reason to get up in the morning and get motivated which is a big help to my mental health. Coming to Mosaic will also help me improve and develop my IT skills, and allows me to further educate myself with regards to computing. I am also looking forward to playing for the Mosaic 7 a side football team which will help build my energy levels and gives me a chance to get some physical exercise which I believe is very good for mental health. "Coming here gives me a sense of purpose and gives me a reason to get up in the morning" I have to say that the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I am hoping I can make new friends here which in turn gives me a chance to socialise with new people. I believe if I continue to come to Mosaic Clubhouse, my mental health will improve and this will help keep me focused. I look forward to meeting you all. |
