Mosaic Clubhouse

SERVICES

The Clubhouse community provides a range of services in partnership with members that contribute to their goal of recovery.

These include:

Employment Programme

Mosaic Clubhouses offers a tiered Employment program designed to integrate interested members back into meaningful and gainful employment within the wider community. The first step of the program is Transitional Employment Placements (TEP’s), in which members can work in meaningful part-time paid jobs that have been developed by the Clubhouse with relevant businesses. The member is selected by the Clubhouse community for the position removing the need to go through a competitive application or interview process. The member is trained by a clubhouse staff member who oversees the particular placement. The Mosaic Clubhouse community has over the years developed jobs with:

  • Dow Jones

  • SELSSP

  • CNBC

  • SLAM

  • Iwantoneofthose.com

The second step is Supported Employment, in which the clubhouse community helps an interested member obtain their own job. Serving as a resource and support centre to create CV’s, develop interview skills, providing personal references, assisting with applications and liaising with prospective employers upon request. The third step is Independent Employment, in which the member secures gainful employment without the intervention (but always with the support) of the clubhouse community. Paid employment gives individuals a real sense of their own value and aids recovery. If your company would like to develop an employment placement with Mosaic Clubhouse please contact Neil Brown at: n.brown@mosaic-clubhouse.org Job attendance and performance is guaranteed by the Clubhouse, as the staff member will support the member and provide absence cover if required.
