The Clubhouse community provides a range of services in partnership with members that contribute to their goal of recovery. These include:
Out Reach
| Out Reach is the process of contacting and supporting members who have not attended the Clubhouse recently. Out Reach is completed by each unit on a regular basis. This also helps to inform the Clubhouse if a particular member requires additional support. In special circumstances a Clubhouse member and staff person may pay a home visit to the absent member. Through the annual membership survey the need to extend the Out Reach services currently offered has been identified. Work is currently underway to secure additional funding to support this.
