Colleague Training in the Clubhouse model of psychosocial rehabilitation run by Mosaic Clubhouse provides a comprehensive training programme to interested individuals and organisations wanting to shift from another service approach. The three week training programme is specifically designed to provide an opportunity to experience the Clubhouse philosophy, ideas, relationships, culture and the day to day operations of an accredited Clubhouse.

The ultimate goal of the course is to enable participants to adopt and strengthen the clubhouse model in their respective communities, thereby enhancing their effectiveness in empowering individuals with a mental health condition to lead productive and dignified lives in the community.
